Marilu and Jennifer

Marilu Henner has the energy of teenagers and the wisdom to become a wise woman. She's the ultimate example of today's women who do it all. She is an author, health guru presenter, talk show host and producer. A director and dancer. Model and comedienne. But most important of all, she's a mother and wife! Perpetual Motion, as she is known by many people. Marilu's health-focused approach is evident throughout her entire life. She's a firm believer that health and fitness will allow the person to be able to perform everything. However, it wasn't always that way. When she was a teenager her weight climbed dramatically. The food she ate was emotional and was sick all times. Her parents both passed away in their 50's - her mother suffering from the effects of arthritis and her father due to a heart attack--she knew she had to take control over her own health, so they could ensure that the same fate befall her. The goal was not to lose weight however, the goal was to improve our overall health and create the best way to maximize how our bodies are designed to work. She is also a regular character in Chris Guest's mockumentary movies. Coolidge is a member the group known as The Groundlings since its inception in Los Angeles.
