Dina Meyer was raised and born within Forest Hills Queens New York. Before she finished her junior year, she relocated to Queens to Dix Hills Long Island. She has two younger siblings as well as an elder brother. From the age of nine up to 16, she started working in the industry of entertainment by modelling. Ron Stetson trained her in the methods of acting taught by Sanford Meisner at The Neighborhood Playhouse. This took about three years. Sandra Bullock and Michael Douglas were among the other actors that received this education. The actress was a part of Beverly Hills in 90210, but had to relocate from Los Angeles to take the lead role. The role was as the lead lady on Johnny Mnemonic in which she performed almost all her stunts by herself. She also established herself as a talented actress. The agency she was represented by was Matt LeBlanc, so through her agent for talent, she was able to get a regular part on Friends.
